Hello to all. I hope you are having a wonderful day and that your weekend was the same. Today we are going to start a new chapter and subject. The Atmosphere. We are going focus on the layers, structure, and composition today.
We will begin by peer presentations. Please take notes while other students are presenting their findings.
After notes, you will create a poster that represents How Weather is Created. Your poster can be very general or something that specifically influences weather. Use the PDF to help you with your poster.
Make the poster on a 11x17 poster template in Pages or Illustrator. You may orient the page vertically or landscape, which ever will work best for your poster.

Please download the previous document or use the digital copy I gave you. You will need to read/skim through Chapter 6: Atmosphere Composition in your 5 Steps to a 5 Guide. Answer the following questions by Thursday. Please write out each question and the correct answer. I understand you have the answers in your study guide, try to answer them correctly before checking.
Questions to answer: 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 13.

After the quiz let's get out the questions you did and review them.
Today we will start off by finishing up the atmosphere posters. You have until 11:20 to have those almost complete. You can finish them up and put proper citations in over the weekend. After that, we will continue peer presentations and our notes on the atmosphere.
For your homework over the weekend, you will be responsible for the rest of the questions from Chapter 6: Atmosphere Composition. The remaining questions are 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.
